During your discovery call, we'll discuss all the details of your trip, including destination, goals, and your budget.

Drafts of your itinerary will be delivered for your approval in stages, starting with the biggest details and adding smaller, finer details at each stage.

The traveler is involved with every stage of the process. Each itinerary draft is submitted for approval before details are finalized.

The final version of your itinerary will be delivered digitally. You will also have access to a personalized Google Map created for your trip.

The Step-By-Step Process
Tell Us All About It
In the initial Discovery Call, you'll tell your Travel Consultant all about your travel goals.
Sign the Service Contract
Review Wunderbird's service contract and sign the document via HelloSign.
Share the Important Stuff
Share your credit card and passport information via the secure Keeper software.
Review & Approve the First Draft
The first draft of your itinerary will be a broad overview of your trip and include anchor activities that must be booked in advance
Select Your Hotels
Select your accommodations from a curated list provided by Wunderbird.
Review & Approve the Second Draft
The second draft of your itinerary will include more details, including optional activities, airport transfers, and dinner reservations.
Final Walk-Through
Once your trip is booked and your itinerary is complete, walk through your entire itinerary with your Travel Consultant. During this meeting, ask questions and make final requests for your trip.

Pricing & Services
At Wunderbird, we are not a traditional travel agency. You won't find us booking cookie-cutter package vacations or generic resorts, and we certainly don't earn big commissions from your bookings. Instead, we operate with transparency and charge a planning fee for our travel planning services.

$150 for one day of travel

5-12 Days of Travel
$725 for trips that span 5 to 12 days.

Extras
For trips longer than 13 days, it's +$75 for each additional travel day.

Consulting
$60/hour for travel consulting if all you need is advice or insights from a travel expert.

If you want to travel further and deeper, you need expert planning help. A travel expert will help you reduce the risk of making big mistakes that might ruin your vacation.
Can I still have control over the trip-planning process?
Wunderbird travelers can be as involved as they want in the travel planning process. Regardless of your level of involvement in the planning process, travelers always make the final decisions on big bookings, such as hotels.
What if I’m not satisfied with my Wunderbird travel itinerary?
You have unlimited access to a Wunderbird travel expert. We promise to work with you until your travel itinerary is perfect.
Can I even afford to hire a travel expert?
Planning a vacation yourself is free, but you’ll spend about 20 hours doing it. By hiring Wunderbird to plan your vacation you’ll save time. With Wunderbird, you’ll spend about 1 hour coordinating with your travel expert. That’s it!
